Get rewarded for spreading the word about Thanx! Refer a restaurant and once they’ve become a Qualified Referral, you could receive a bonus from Thanx. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Thanx’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Thanx’s Privacy Policy.
Program eligibility
Who is eligible to participate?
Thanx consultants and partners working in a professional capacity in the restaurant or retail industry who refer an eligible business to Thanx through the online referral form may be eligible to receive a $500 referral bonus. Existing Thanx customers who refer a business to Thanx may be eligible to receive a $1,000 referral bonus.
Who is not eligible to participate?
- Thanx employees.
- Restaurant owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own restaurants.
- Franchisors who are responsible for making the purchasing decision for its franchisees, are not eligible to receive Bonus Payouts for any franchisee referrals.
- Individuals with no professional involvement in the Restaurant or Retail Industries.
Referral requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a restaurant or retailer that:
- is referred to Thanx either through the online referral form, email and verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
- is not an existing lead in the Thanx system (Thanx reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Thanx’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Thanx for at least 6 months); and
- has entered into a Merchant Agreement with Thanx, and has been live, processing transactions on the Thanx platform for at least ninety (90) days.
Note: Thanx does not accept merchants with less than six locations.
Bonus payouts
A referral bonus of $500 for non-customers, and $1000 for existing Thanx customers will be issued for each Qualified Referral.
The referring party must complete an electronic W9 form before a Bonus Payout can be issued.
Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.
Limit to ten referral Bonus Payout per individual, restaurant brand or group.
Thanx will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.
Modifications
Thanx reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
